Operation Washboard

Big, Fat Day




juz came back from gym and im damn tired.. lol.. but shiok! everytime go gym also push my limit. although sometimes very sian, cannot get up from bed. must roll down.. shower that time, wash hair also damn painful. but, its worth it.. lol..




i see myself. cannot la.. getting worse le.. so i decided to come up with the new plan: Operation Washboard.




eh, why call washboard dont ask me. u can search around.. i think its easy to guess la.. lol..




ok.. wed i go library. i read the 'Dummies' Book on Dieting'. power right? inside got some nice nice tips. one of them is: Your body oftenly confuse hunger with thirst. this means that, sometimes u might be hungry even though ur body does not require food. your body only require water. in this case, if you eat food, it would be consuming excessive calories and thus gain fats le.. at first i think, power leh.. next time i hungry i drink water la.. den i suddenly got another even more POWERFUL thinking, if the body is confused, then u confused it further la.. let it confuse thirst and hunger, den that time power.. ok.. this means that even though u are REALLY hungry, u can trick the body to think that u are thirsty by drinking a lot of water!

YES LAH. im quite proud of myself of thinking of this idea loh..

ok. back to Operation Washboard. i decided to draw up a routine on what to eat during which break. ok here it is:

ok.. now i declare.. ANYONE THAT SEES ME EATING ANY FOOD OUTSIDE THIS RANGE CAN COME AND CONFISCATE IT. i am serious about this.. lol.. i hope i really can succeed =)
