Double Catastrophe

Happening Day

5th September 2008.. a day that i will keep in mind.. today somethings happened that change my view on my life.. first is during work.. today i saw 2 person got the letter from boss.. not the promotion letter. its the 'stop work' letter.. wth.. termination of service letter.. 1 of the 2 is Earlene.. Wa.. i was super surprised.. the other was Nicole.. i was kinda expecting it.. yeah so..
ok.. reasons for them being terminated. Earlene: often late for work.. WTH... DOES IT MATTER? temp staff late 10mins.. lady boss also will know leh.. dunno who go bao tou.. hais.. no wonder today lady boss ask me.. if i can handle 2 person work.. hais.. cui liao lah..

anyway Earlene was kinda happy that she was terminated earlier.. she told me she didnt really like the work.. and she was marked by lady boss loh.. everything that she had mistake cfm tio one.. cui lah.. i also feel relieved for her.. she was kinda bonded by the contract until today.. she told me a lot of times that she wanted to quit but didnt want to pay the company.. hais.. gd for her i guess.. both side happy.. but i sad leh.. another friend gone.. i already have no one to talk to ler.. now 2 lesser.. WAAAAA.. but i wont quit lah.. not say i like the job.. but i dun wan stay at home and rot.. at least rot in office got money leh..

the other girl: Nicole.. this 1 totally different case.. she was from china, i said b4 ler.. she was dismissed coz lady boss was fed up with her attitude and slow efficiency.. aiya.. this one both side also got wrong.. Nicole do things really slow.. got 1 time i see her do.. wa i also buay tahan.. i ask her find a document for 30/8/2008. she went to scan thru the whole month document.. when theres a folder for 30/8/2008.. i dunno she wan act busy or she really dunno.. she do thing must step by step one.. lets say suddenly i tell her this thing urgent, she cannot put aside what she doing to do the urgent one leh.. she must finish her current job den will do the urgent one.. URGENT is there for a reason de lah.. nvm.. ok the lady boss also not v nice lah.. she keep say english to her.. she know she from china, still purposely say english.. everything also wan Nicole to do fast fast.. u think so easy meh... china ppl read english slow de leh.. den she keep aiming Nicole becoz shes a PRC.. how can like dat? so unfair lah..

of course, i sat on the fence.. siao ar.. u imagine i take a stand.. i help lady boss also hurt my conscience.. i help the girls later my rice bowl gone.. lady boss too fierce to girls ler.. i think she jealous of young girls.. coz she so old liao.. dunno bah.. first time i see this type of thing.. i know in offices, girls tend to have an easier life if they have a male superior.. this is the first time i see females being mistreated loh.. Wa.. now i really cui liao.. both of them gone.. left with me and Si Fan.. i dunno how my boring life will be loh.. and yeah.. Si Fan is the receptionist.. shes not at the office one.. so i seldom talk to her during office hrs.. but we always chat on the way home de.. not bad lah.. we can talk about a lot of things.. see how things goes bah.. see monday got new ppl come a not..

2nd thing: Whos the mysterious person??

i really hope this type of thing will nvr happen again.. if u are not gonna identify yourself, pls do not post. why i say that the mysterious person is her? i did quite a bit to make myself convinced that shes the person
1. i went to find the ip add of the person who post.
2. i went to see where the ip is from.. and i found out that the person used Starhub
3. couldnt find the exact location due to the proxy server that starhub used.
4. i slowly read through the posts
5. i realise that during the first post, the writer tried to be formal and courteous. so the person is trying to not be him/herself. this could mean that the person is related to the issue in some way. the person is most likely not a guy coz if he is he would have named mysterious guy, and not mysterious person.
6. during the replies, she was online at all the possible time.. well she was on msn..
7. if the writer was playing around, he wont have continued to given that i sounded firm with the identity issue.. so i could see that he wasnt fooling around..
8. if the person is not playing around, and wants to say something like this and dun wish to reveal his/her identity. the possible candidates are so limited.. and yeah, my other friends would juz write their real names..
9. so i conclude that its her.. but if it issnt, i might make a mistake somewhere or gave too much thoughts about this..
10. Whatever it is, i hope people who wish to post will write their true identity, if not pls refrain from posting.. i rather i not know who u are.. thank you..

and ya to the mysterious person: i wouldnt want you to be named. so yeah, u can keep posting as mysterious person..

today, non maths day.. i hope time cures everything. i hope that i dun remember what happened and will look forward to a new life..
